Important Information Before You Purchase a SIM Card.
- The fees for extension of the service is non-refundable.
- To use this service, your device must be unlocked. Please contact your current telecommunications company to make sure that your device is unlocked.
- This service may not be able to be used with all device models and frequency bands. Your device must have the following frequency banks. *3G/UMTS B1(2100) and LTE B1(2100), B3(1800), B8(900).
- After installing the SIM, the device may need to be turned on/off up to 5 times to recognize the SIM, depending on the device model.
- You need to provide your copy of passport and your picture when you purchase the SIM card by Korean government laws.
Before purchasing a SIM card , be sure to check the following :
- The application fee for extension of the period of use is non- refundable .
- You must use an unlocked mobile phone. Please check in advance whether the mobile phone you are using is unlocked by contacting the mobile operator you are using .
- Even if it is unlocked , the SIM card frequency may not be compatible with your mobile phone model . Please check if your mobile phone model supports the frequency bands below . *3G/UMTS B1(2100) and LTE B1(2100), B3(1800), B8(900).
- After inserting the SIM card into the mobile phone, turn the power off and on about 5 times until the mobile phone recognizes the SIM card . It may be different depending on your phone model .
- When purchasing products, you must provide your passport and face photo in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations in Korea .
